Our Site Investigation Report identifies the constraints and budget costs associated with existing and proposed utility infrastructure, supporting accurate development planning and costing. The report includes utility provider responses on new connections, diversions, reinforcements and disconnection costs, combined with expert commentary from our experienced utility consultants. This ensures clients receive clear, informed guidance to manage utility risks and progress projects with confidence.
Network Diversions
As part of your Site Investigation, potential issues relating to the diversion of existing utility infrastructure will already have been identified. Pivot Utilities Consultant can take your project forward and manage the full diversion process in line with the stages set out in the New Roads and Street Works Act. We coordinate directly with utility providers to plan and deliver the relocation of assets within your site boundary or any Article 40, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient progression of your works.
